To return a product:
- Declare your return on the return platform accessible herre
- Complete the form and then select the item(s) to return. You will receive a return label to download and print.
- Prepare a package with the products to be returned.
- Fix the return label to the package.
- Drop your package off at your usual post office
Only new, unworn, clean products with the original tags attached will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your package by our warehouse, via the payment method chosen for the order.
